High-Quality Craftsmanship
As master carpenters, Young Squared personally manages all phases of the carpentry — including framing, cabinetry, and the interior and exterior trim. With Young Squared you have access to our wide network of highly skilled and reliable craftsmen and suppliers.
The licensed and insured subcontractors with whom we work are masters in their own respective fields — masonry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. We provide active on-site management of the project to eliminate potential problems and unplanned costs. We stand behind all workmanship for one year from the project completion date.
Masterful Planning and Execution
Young Squared is your advocate for the successful, on-time completion of your custom home remodel. Efficient scheduling and adherence to project budget are our top priorities. Young Squared will ensure that all materials are on the job when needed so that each phase of the build progresses according to the time line. Progress meetings are scheduled throughout the project at your convenience.
Budget and Time Line
Our project management approach begins with and Estimated Schedule of Costs and an Estimated Time Line for Construction — no surprises. Fees are based on the scope and time line of your project. Depending on your needs the contract can be drawn up on either a fixed price or cost-plus basis.
